Sinead was tasked with converting a tired and run down Georgian Style apartment into a classy, upmarket full of life beauty. Located above a well known and established bar located in the heart of the Victorian Quarter in Cork City, Sinead had a vision from meeting her first.
Full of enthusiasm, Sinead knew exactly what she wanted from day 1 to which she entrusted us to bring that vision to life.
Sinead decided up recess installed Cafe Style Plantation Shutters with a centralised tilt rod for the living area allowing light to flood in over the top of the shutters but maintaining a touch of elegance.
Keeping with the architectural features, the sash double hung windows feature beautiful plantation shutters to capture the vista of the busy streets-cape, whilst also allowing privacy and seclusion where needed.
For the Bedrooms, we installed full height shutter with a bi-folding door which was complimented by a bespoke headboard manufactured from reclaimed timber from the old Pairc Ui Chaoimh stadium.
It was a pleasure to work with Sinead on this project which was completed ahead of time.
