Our Luctis Blinds range is ideal for fitting into any skylight window, using any of the fabrics available from our sample books. Perfect for matching fabrics in roof windows and side windows with over 200 fabrics to choose from, including blackouts.
Thanks to the coating on our Luctis Blinds, the side rails and our other innovations, this blind does not only provide protection from the sun, but also helps to insulate your home. Independent research by the British Blinds Association shows that heat loss can be limited by up to 43% in case of single glazing. For double and triple glazing the reductions are 33% and 12% respectively.
Considering a blackout fabric? The back of the fabric will be coated with a reflective layer. This helps to keep the sun out and your room cool. Thanks to the brushes in the side rails and in the handle there is no aura of light around the blind when the blind is closed.

Options Available and Questions On Our Skylight Blinds
Your Luctis window should contain a unique plate stating the size details of your window. For example GGL 3000 or GPL MK06. This should be located on the window frame, or in some cases on the inner frame can be be found by opening the roof window.
You don’t need to be a DIY expert to install our roof window blinds. All you require is a screwdriver and 5 mins. Full installation instructions are enclosed.
We, along with our suppliers, have developed our blind system over 5 years, and are so confident in the design of the blind, it comes with a three year guarantee. All our skylight blinds are checked individually and have been tailored to the exact dimensions of the manufacturers windows. So although we have competitive prices, we have not compromised on the design or quality of our products.
Each blind has been developed each with their own performance features. Our premium blind has a very important design feature which other types do not have. To be truly blackout, the blind must have a protective case on the back of the top cassette unit and our premium blinds have this feature. This has a number of benefits- it stops light leaking in at the top when the blind is fully closed, it prevents the fading of the fabric by sun which results in bands of faded fabric, and it prevents damaging or marking the fabric during installation. So for the prices, you are getting a higher quality blind, a three year guarantee and a full choice of colours and fabrics to choose from.
Each blind can be either manually operated or motorised.
